Those who fear waging war against Saddam Hussein worry that we're not really going after terrorism. It doesn't matter. The point is that the United States needs to establish control over that part of the world. If we don't, then we will continue to be attacked. Maybe it will be Saddam who attacks us next; maybe not. It doesn't matter. Any regime that supports or may be linked to terrorism qualifies as a worthy target. The time has come to decide whether we will go to war. Against tyrants and dictators, war is always morally justified. Now, given the unprecedented dangers we face, it's required.
