If mental illness rules out the possibility of terrorism, as our President and the military he runs want us to believe -- then does this mean that terrorists are not insane? I didn't realize, until the Fort Hood shooting, that insanity and terrorism were mutually exclusive. According to some, they are. If the Fort Hood killer can be proven to have post-traumatic stress disorder, then it can't be terrorism. After all, terrorists are not insane. Right? It's news to me.
