Wrong premise: The risk of disappointment can never be outweighed by the possibility of happy outcome. Wrong premise: Life is a performance (for others) rather than a focused experience (for myself). These wrong premises contribute to anxiety and low self-esteem. Maintain your awareness of how you feel during the day -- how you really feel. In so doing, you'll find out what you really think. When you think with wrong premises, you have to change them. The way to change them is to be aware of them when you have them -- and replace them with right ones.
