Just because somebody seems confident doesn't mean he has something to offer. Don't be impressed with another just because another is impressed with himself. Confidence is something that is usually quietly held. A person knows what he or she is good at, and is neither humble nor a bragger about it. There's nothing to prove, and there's nothing to hide. Confidence is best expressed in performance, although not self-conscious performance.
