Most of all, don't believe your own B.S. Your mind might create illogical conclusions based upon illogical assumptions. It happens subconsciously. It's outside of your awareness--but not outside of your control. That which you can identify and change is always, potentially, under your control. But without awareness, conscious logic and mental honesty, you'll fall prey to your own B.S. If you fall prey to your own B.S., then you're going to fall for the B.S. offered by others, too. In order to avoid the lies of another, you first must have a total relationship with honesty and the truth ... within yourself.
