There are countless ways to say NO. But NO is still NO. NO is the absence of yes. Keep this in mind when dealing with others. Many don't want to say no; they're not comfortable with it. They mean NO, but they won't say it. Simplify the matter by realizing that if they meant yes, they'd say it. People usually don't have a hard time saying yes. If you hear yes, then great. If you hear anything else, assume it's NO.
