pen_paperDo you write down at the end of each day what you’re proud of, what you did well, and any evidence of a little bit more improvement? Also, do you write down your plan for the next day to, even in a small way, advance your life a little bit further? If not, I suggest you start doing both of these things. It can help focus you more, and give you more of a sense not only of your current progress, but also where you’re going. I call this a "morale to-do list."
