A new poll is showing that a majority of people don't think President Obama is being tough enough on North Korea. Could this be an early indication that the "change" people were seeking in the last election wasn't in favor of even greater pacifism and weakness than the Bush Administration was already displaying in foreign policy--but less? Did a majority of Americans so want "change" that they (stupidly) didn't stop to investigate the nature of the change they were voting for? Quite possibly so. The next several elections will tell us whether Americans wanted THIS kind of change, or exactly the opposite kind of change--assuming, of course, that any kind of alternative is even offered in the next elections.
