I don't understand the term "loser."

Life is not something you win or lose at. It's not a game of chance. It's something that you either make the most of, or that you squander. It's something that you either engage in productively, for the sake of achievement--or lazily, for the sake of nothing in particular. I don't evaluate people's lives as to whether they win or lose. I evaluate people as to whether they live life fully and productively--or not.
