In particular, your article, "Finding Fault in all the Wrong Places" couldn't have come at a better time for me. I had just experienced a 'projection' incident with my employer. In fact, there have been numerous times when the owners of the establishment for which I work turned everything around and made problems the fault of my co-worker and me rather than accepting their role and responsibility in running a business.
